If you receive a message stating that your e-mail cannot be delivered to us due to SPF records, please follow the method outlined below.
To ensure more secure e-mail communication with you, our email system includes SPF (Sender Policy Framework) controls.
In order to continue sending emails to MIP, the IP address of the server you’re sending from must be included in the list of “authorized sending addresses” (SPF record) of your e-mail server.
We kindly advise you to contact your company’s Information Technology Department or relevant unit to perform the necessary controls. You can find more information on the required changes at the following link:
