For operations to be conducted at the port, it is necessary to submit an ARF (Activity Request Form) request through our Port Portal application. Operational requests without an ARF (such as Container Gate Out, Container Loading Inside, Container Unloading Inside, Container Inspection, Warehouse Out, and Cargo Loading) cannot be processed. Therefore, for each operational procedure, you must first create the ARF request, then complete the payment, and finally schedule the appointment.
Our ARF types are as follows:
- ARF02: Vessel Loading and Discharge Operations.
- ARF04: Container Gate Out Request.
- ARF05: Container Stuffing Request.
- ARF06: Container Unstuffing Request.
- ARF07: Container Inspection Operation.
- ARF08: Warehouse Exit and Conventional Cargo Request.
